Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Our shipping rates and delivery timing are shown at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are carefully hand packed to maintain quality and standards.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping time: 6–10 business days
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or text with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Certain types of items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Such items include undergarments, gift cards, and giveaway entries.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items greater than 40% off as these items are also considered final sale. We may still offer store credit as a return option.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If there’s an issue with your item (damage, wrong product, etc.), we’ll make it right.
