Founded in 2019 by Maaz Waqqar, First Health began with a simple idea: health should come first in every part of life.
What started as a supplement brand with 3 products quickly grew into something bigger. First a supplement store, then an apparel line, and eventually the creation of First Health Club. While the brand has evolved over the years, the mission behind it never changed.
At its core, First Health has always been about simplifying what it means to take care of yourself. From what we consume, to what we wear while we train, to how we move our bodies every day — every part of the brand is built around putting health first.
Over time, First Health evolved into something far beyond products or fitness. It became a lifestyle rooted in consistency, self-respect, and showing up for yourself daily — both inside and outside the gym.
